Hummock Island Oysters are grown on family-owned tidelands along the Connecticut shore.

Every day our tidal gates allow for over 2.5 million cubic meters of fresh, nutrient-rich water to enter our pond. Our shallow waters create the perfect environment for cultivating firm white meats, beautiful shell formation, and an intimate merroir.
